Power to turn signal switch

I'm looking at the papajam wiring diagram for a 1973 Berlina. I see a high beam hot line to the light switch. I see a hot line to the low beam light switch. I don't see any hot line to the turn signal switch. Where does the switch get it's power? From the light switch? Is there a wire?
