Anti-seize on Spark Plugs

I've heard (on this forum) that plugs now have this on when bought and you don't have to put it on? On NGK's? Doesn't look like it to me.

if your going to use it, use the nickel antiseize, not the copper, works better with aluminum heads.

Yea, that's what I use - the silver stuff that you can't get off your hands . FWIW, I'm still going to dab a bit on.
