bosch ignition coil?

Hi there! The car is a Giulia 1300 super, with a 2L engine from Alfetta series. While I finished the basic repairs to have it on the road (and after a well rockin for 500 Kms) and all of the sudden, Something went wrong with the ignition. I dont know if the PO kept the old coil from the Giulia, or the old distributor, too. I was confused since the proper distr cup for the Alfetta didn't fit ( the distr is a Bosch without a vacoum unit). After all, I guess something happened to the coil. It is a Bosch no :0 221 119 008.Is it Ok to be there? Must put the same? Or there is an alternative? If so, must have the same internal resistance on the Low Tension side ( 3.6-3.7Ω)?Τhanks
