85 Spider Flywheel Position

I have rebuilt (while learning) the engine on my 85 Spider. It uses a L-Jetronic injection system. I can't get it to start, but I have fuel pressure and Spark at the plugs. Can someone tell me what is the position of the fly wheel when the first piston is at "P". I think it has a mark on the 12:00 o'clock.

Any comments will help. I need to get it started.

Sounds like you got it right. Anyway, here is the link to International's Tech Bulletin.

Just make sure its on compression stroke and the rotor is facing to plug one.

There's a photo here about 1/3 of the way down the page showing the location of the magnet in comparison to the tick mark on the flywheel along with a bunch of other useful tips.
