#3 Fuse blowing

Hello! I have a 72 GTV...

My number 3 Fuse blows after I activate the right turn signal.

Blinkers to do not work after fuse is blown.

Front/Rear left signals okay
Front right signal does not light though bulb looks okay
Rear right signal does light up

Indicator on dash blinks for left signal, for right it sometimes does not blink.

Fuse seems to blow after a couple or few "blinks"

The only recently related event I can think of:
Paint shop took bumper off (and therefore could have messed with turn signal light, but how?)

sounds a like you have a short. If the right signal doesn't work and the bulb looks ok, trace the wires from the back of the light. They could have pinched the power wire when they re-installed the bumper.
