Turns But Won't Start

Well, gentlemen, here we are again. fixed a few things thanks to you all, and other issues came up. Wouldn't be an alfa if it didn't.

A couple of nights ago, car stared w/out a problem. This morning, I tried to start -- the start turns, but no dice. What would cause this to happen when the last start was perfect (the only difference is lots of rain 2 days ago). the starter turns, battery is full, etc.,

Some insight would be appreciated.

a couple times my milano was doing the same thing and turned out it was the hose that connects to the air flow meter. that is a good place to start looking. if thats not the case check you fuses next.

This may be foolish, but did you check your fuel level, maybe it's empty. It happen to me along time ago on a car I had that was having problems with the fuel gauge.

What kind of Car?

If its a GTV I say check the cold start solenoid, but that usually effects cranking in hot conditions.

If its a milano, which i think it is, and i dont know much about.

If it has a coil, check the coil connections.

Thanks for all the input.

Wouldn't you know it, battery was not putting out enough juice. Replaced it and works fine. Sometimes the most obvious is the last we look at.

Hopefully, your comments will help w/ similar situations (not battery related).
