Electrical problems

I have the generator light on...as I rev it get's brighter.
I have gone around and checked and cleaned most electrical
contacts. Also, the "Engine Signal" fuse keeps on burning out as
I rev the car, but at idle seems fine and oil and fuel gauges work
fine.
