86 spider no spark (Please Help)

my spider sat for a few months and now it wont start (no spark)
1. The coil has 12v with ignition on.
2. The relays and fuse behind the passenger are working

The ignition computer on the shelf behind the passenger seat has to see 10.75 volts or so to fire at all. Charge the battery and check the connections and check the voltage at the computer while cranking.
