Aloha All;
Well thanks to papajam its wired, but my father in law hotwired the fuel pump and it runs like new except in 4th gear, you hit the gas and nothing, a steady 40mph...now what did he do wrong (other than hotwiring the fuelpump)?
Thanks.

Wiring Diagram for a 1979 Alfetta GTV.
Hi Papajam,
Im fairly new to the forum.
Currently restoring a 1979 Alfetta GTV. Almost finished but need to start attaching all the wires in the engine bay.
I would appreciate a wiring diagram if you have one. Email is fiorina@eftel.com.au

Welcome, David.
Does your Alfetta have air conditioning? Is it a US version car?
Tony,
Click on my papajam user name in the top left corner of any post I've written. Then click on send a private message to papajam.

Hi Tony,
Thankyou.
Yes the car has air conditioning. I think it is US version, however how do I confirm?

What is the five digit model number? Should start with 116. What are the next two digits?

A 11637 isn't (yet) on my model number list. I do however have a 11636 listing so I will guess that you have a righthand drive 2.0l GTV. Is this correct? If so, this is not a US version car. The best I can do is to send you an Alfetta 1.8 Euro diagram from the 07/74 owners manual and a 79 US version diagram. Perhaps between the two of them...

Correct I do have a righthand drive 2.0l GTV. (Should have probably mentioned that earlier. Sorry)
The 2 diagrams would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
