86 Spider No spark

My spider sat for a few months and it wont start cause of no spark, I also own a 85 spider so I swapt the coil,both ecu fuel and spark, the relays by the ecu, and still no luck. I have 12v at the coil and I was wondering if I could instal an after market ignition and would the fuel injection still work.
