Electical Part ID Question

Sorry about the cross post, but can anyone tell me what the two relay like devices are under the dash, extreme passenger side, on a series two Spider ('77)? They look like conventional relays wired up together. Is this the "Fasten Seatbelt Buzzer Delay"? Mine have contacts that are so rusty they can't possibly be functioning, and I know it isn't the horn relay or the brake fluid relay. Ideas?

Funny I just found your post and just yesterday I posted the same question for a 76 spider. I have subsequently come to the conclusion it is for the safety belt device (Warning light).
