89 spider fuse problem

I have a 89 spider veloce w/air and enbloc fuse panel. I blow the fuse 8, 7.5amp. I got it down to the pink wire coming out for fuse 8. but all the print I have received only show one pink wire going to the window relay, one going to C10D cluster connector, one going to the clove box light. but when I count 4 pink wires coming out of fuse connector. Ive pulled one of them a small pink wire with 23ohm on it (stopped blowing fuses). my tech & speedo will bounce about 0-40%, no gages working. Any help would be greatly needed. I have owned the car for a week now.
