Fuel Hose

Just wondering if the hose that goes from the fuel tank to the bottom (inlet) port of the first filter (the one just before the pump) is available.
Mine is weeping a little bit. I tried a piece of regular fuel hose and it kinked after a few months causing my low pressure light to flash a few times.
(glad I kept my old one)
If these hoses are NLA, is there another part that might work?

Should be a standard size. Take the old one down to an auto parts store and match it up. I don't see how it could kink unless the length was incorrect.

Thanks John,
The hose in question (for a 78 Spider) has a 180 degree bend on one end with about a one inch radius. the other end has a 90 degree bend. Almost like a capital 'J'

You got a picture of that?? The fuel lines I know of do not have any pre-shaped bends. When making bends, you do need to allow some extra hose to make the radius less likely to kink.

Here's the hose

The old fuel filters had a right angle fitting at the top, I'm using a plastic elbow.
If the filter isn't in the clamp, it gets very close to the diff.
It doesn't appear to be weeping as it did before. Maybe using a high pressure clamp solved the problem.
Let me know if this clears things up.

Normal fuel line can handle that bend. Just make the radius enough so it doesn't kink.

Normal fuel line can handle that bend. Just make the radius enough so it doesn't kink. I'd also recommend that you remove the wire tie and replace it with a proper bolt along with some rubber or foam to clamp the rear fuel filter firmly.
