Question Disabling the Choke Circuit on Weber DCOE

I am rebuildilng a pair of Weber 40 DCOE's and one is missing all of the manual choke parts. Since these will be going on a race car, I am considering blocking off the choke circuits.
Can anyone provide advice on how to do this successfully. I don't want to screw these up, as I am doing this as a favor to the owner.
Thanks for the help and advice

I've done this a few times, for exactly your reason. Now with the availability of parts, I just put the one back in working order that's missing parts, and leave it disconnected. Less trouble than blanking it off, making plates, plugs and so on. Further, at some point in time, they may be removed for sale or reuse on another application, and they have more future value complete. Just my opinion, Chuck. Gordon Raymond
