86 Spider Runs for 5 Sec and Stops

I have a 1986 Alfa Spider. Engine will run for 5 sec then stop. I have spark at all clyinders. Fuel pressure at fuel rail is o.k. Also ran fuel pump direct with same results. Car had just been running fine.
If I unplug the injectors (the three I can get to) there is no change. Can I check the voltage at he injector.
Also can I check the Main Relay?
Help!!!

Welcome to the board.

Click the link in my signature block and read through for a fairly healthy dose of L-jet tune-n-test information.

Although I'd go through the Bosch L-Jet troubleshooting guide (helped me get some lost performance out of my car), this sounds a LOT like a major vacuum leak between the Mass Air sensor and the intake plenum. I had this happen to me when I neglected to tighten down a hose clamp sufficiently on the ducting.

Thanks for all the info
Turns out the 12v( yellow wire ) to the coil was broke. I guess once the engine started the wire shook loose. After sitting for it must have made contact again!?
Fixed the wire and now it(and I) are happy
