TA rebuilders

I see in the new Alfa Owner an ad for a Robin Hoeven, who rebuilds thermostatic actuators. Does anyone have any experience to report? I had assumed that Wes Ingram was the only TA rebuilder; maybe I'm way wrong and there are others, too? Any comparisons to the quality of the rebuilds? Hoeven claims to use a lot of stainless steel parts (tubing, spring, hydraulic shaft).
