1750 with 2L dellorto carbs?

My 1750 is currently running on the original Webber 40dcoe32 carbs. I have just pulled a rebuilt dellorto from a euro 2L engine. Have plonk the 2L cams in to my car already. As I do not have any jetting specs for the 2L Dellorto or for that matter to jet it for a 1750, will appreciate help in determining whether the current jetting is ok or do I need to change the jets or even the venturi.

Also, I live in the tropics about 26-30 degress C and at sea level. I want to take my spider up to the mountains, they are approximately 5000-6000ft high and temperature a lot cooler maybe about 18-20 degrees C in day time and a little lower at night. Would I have problems with overly rich mixture if I were to drive the car up without doing any sort of adjustments? What about cold starts? I dont want to be stuck up in the mountains and cant restart my car again.

Thanks
fgc
