Spica fuel lines...

Are all the Spica fuel lines (for the 4 cyl engines) exactly the same. I'm replacing my pump on a 81 Spider. When reattaching, fuel line #1 seems different (more curve at the pump connection) than spares I have from a 74 and 76(?). Not sure if I somehow bent it during removal. Doesn't seem possible, but dont how else it would have happened.

I always assumed so, but I don't have any direct experience with the Mono engines. Is it way off? Those fuel lines are know to get bent up by kluxy owners. When bending it back to normal, be gentle and slow.

The line on the right is from the 74 and the left is from the 81. Hard to tell from pic, but left is also more curved up towards the camera lens. Not WAY off, but the 81 line seems to rub the other lines a bit. Have only installed on bench pump, but doesnt look like it'll fit with all the fuel line brackets.

You may have to bend it a bit to fit. I've had to do it before on earlier Spicas to get them to fit right. Gentle, no kinks.

I might take the easy route and use the line from the 1974 setup if they're all the same! I was just surprised that they were so different.
