40 DCOE2 question

Hello,
I have a nice set of Weber DCOE2's and I was wondering the ability to properly jet and set the. Up for use in a 2 liter. The motor in question has the Centerline performance cams and 10:1 pistons. Nothing radical, but it is time to convert out of the Spica. I have a European manifold setup and proper throttle pedal assembly etc...any info on the proper setup for a 2 liter would be greatly appreciated. Here are a couple pics of the carbs in question...

Here is a formula from Richard Jemison for 2L alfa street/ performance engines using his cams. This is good with 40DCOE2, 24,27, 32 and others based on the DCOE2 pattern.
Primary choke 33 mm
Secondary choke 4.5
Main jet 135
Air correction jet 190
Emulsion tube F-16
Idle jet 55F8
Pump jet 35
Pump exhaust 30
Needle and seat 200
I restored 2 sets for different customers to this formula.

Quadrifolio,
As you HAVE cams from Alfar7 (here on the BB), why not ask him? The DCOM is somewhat different than the 40DCOE, both in the pump circuit and it's manner of transition from low to high speed circuits, being more an emission type Weber. My guess would be Richards jetting for the DCOE's and 2 L will be rich for the 1750 with DCOM's. However, it probably would do no harm, and might be a starting point. Best to check with your cam designer. I build and restore Webers, and while I've a good idea of reasonable set-up starting points, I ALWAYS defer to cam designers and engine builders for closer set-up starting points.
That was my main reason for posting Richard's suggestions here.
