I'm starting this thread to have a centralized location for any drawings that members provide (original Alfa drawings or measured from existing parts) for any Alfa Romeo parts. As we all know, many parts have become difficult to find and, until these parts are reproduced in large quantities, they will have to be made on an individual basis. These drawings can be anywhere from sketches to professionally made scale drawings. If it can help another member reproduce a non-existant part, that's what matters.
When posting a drawing here, please provide as much information as possible (model, year, part number, etc.). Also, please provide any photos of an original item and clips from parts manuals, if possible. The more information you can provide, the better.
Clutch master cylinder cover for '69 GTV (105.51 Series 1)
The attached drawing is for the clutch M/C cover for US spec. Series 1 1969 GTVs. (Part no. 105.41.51.376.00)
These covers normally disappeared long ago as mechanics either inadvertently destroyed them or simply failed to reinstall them. They also suffered dearly by hanging from the bottom of the car.
Due to the amount of detail, the drawing was made in AutoCad on D size paper (24x36). The AutoCad file contains a full scale developed drawing of the cover which may be directly traced to sheetmetal. If you have access to Autocad , I can send you a copy directly. A PDF of the dimensioned drawing is below. All dimensions are in inches.
I created drawings for the battery tray and support (photos shown below) for the 105 cars. These were fitted to the numerous ALFA models including the 1969 105.51 GTV. You can refer to page 129/133 of catalogo rapido (item15/tray and item24/support) for a complete listing of part numbers and other models.
When posting a drawing here, please provide as much information as possible (model, year, part number, etc.).
FYI: You may want to try the free CutePDF Writer -- it installs as printer and can be accessed from any application. After selecting it as printer, use the "Advanced..." button in the "Paper/Quality" tab to set the custom paper size to the desired size.

Now, if only you would join the rest of the civilized world and use metric.....
@Tubut: installing CutePDF in AutoCAD is a little more involved but works beautifully. It is highly recomended (by me) as it functions a lot better than both ACAD's own and Adobe's pdf printer (go figure).
I did a little more research into the PrimoPDF program that I already have and discovered it is possible to produce a 24x36 drawing in PDF. I've revised my original post to include the PDF of the drawing.
I heard the US is going to the metric system very soon. Of course that was in 6th grade, 35 years ago.
Thomas Jefferson, as President, commissioned a study of the US going metric - in keeping with our friendship with the French. Congress rejected it as the cost was estimated to be over $20,000.
