69 1750 spider top front panel replacement

I want to replace my damaged top front panel with a later version panel, maybe from an S2. Is this possible? Will it fit? Will there be any modifications that may need to be done? Do they have the same dimensions?

I will then get a new nose bump and weld that to the new panel. Advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
