lowmileage -- that picture was this past year at the Glen? The car show parade lap? I was 7 or 8 cars behind you -- in a dark blue 1973 BMW 2002!
I was with the Tour de Marque last year, and it was fantastic. We got in a total of 5 laps (between the TdM and the car show). Great time!
Not sure what I want to take this year, but probably the Duetto.

Driving one of those things is a quick way to get you thrown off this board

At least the BMW club actually has track days, and an active group. The chapter magazine I get from them is better than the AROC national magazine.
That is correct. I am a member of BMWCCA and not AROC!
You guys should get used to the Glen because Lime Rock is getting country clubified real fast.

The Alfa driver thought he'd follow me on the "tour" since we both were on the same rally leg which was based on mileage counters since his odometer didn't work but, alas, mine didn't work either .

Hi, All! Glad to hear you're so supportive of Vintage Festival events. We work hard to keep you coming back! Looking forward to seeing all of you - ID yourselves somehow (I'm now known as "the mean lady" at Glenora - but there are hugs for all Alfisti!)

Good to see your first post, Terrie!
You'll definitely see a few of us at the Grand Prix Festival, but I haven't decided which event yet... (The Glenora Run is the preference, but LM has said he registered for it, and I'm trying to stay out of trouble... )
Best regards and hugs!

Glenora Run
Don't worry, guys! I can spread you out. Remember, there are 4 routes - if you showed up "in line", you'd each get a different route - couldn't get in trouble until Montour Falls!!
Thanks to the folks who posted pics - they give a great flavor of the premier event of the weekend (she's sooo modest!). But, Glen Run WAS the first event - starting with 30 cars and now up to 130. We have 75+ registrants right now, and usually fill by April, so if you're interested, get your registration in now!!
see you all,
hugs,
terrie

Another thought
If you'd like to visit the funkiest, most well-hidden cache of Alfa stuff, plus, in upstate NY, let me know. We'll get together!!

Always interesting to see the changes in the water levels as shown here - 7/06 vs 9/07 (taken on Thursday before the weekend rains).

Anybody going to the Lake to Lake the first weekend in June? The Grand Am is at WGI.
