I had a '55 Chevy like this (

h well, maybe not quite in this condition)

This guy kept polishing his pride and joy

but even when finished, the paint was still kinda "flat" IMHO.

he tried to convince me these were Webers

and that it was an Alfa

this car (believe it or not) participated in "The Great Race" and drove to California!

These guys were thrown out of the event for eating too many complimentary free shrimp
