Here is more details for Saturday's event. Please send me a e-mail to info@garciaalfaracing.com letting me know you are attending so I can have enough food on hand for lunch.

Here is the schedule from John:

Ron and I have had a very successful and fun road-trip to date! The nasty weather everywhere that we visited aside, attendance was good, response was excellent and the volume of information exchanged is phenomenal! We look forward to welcoming all of you at Garcia Alfa Racing in Houston this coming Saturday morning!

The official start-time for the pow-wow is 10AM. The usual earlier visitors are welcome and the late-commers will also be accommodated. The presentations are segmented and floor-time is rotated between Ron and I, so one will not completely miss out on any portion of it if you have to leave early or are only able to show up later in the day!

Discussed in summary;

RSRacing suspensions - Ron's amazing setups for both the older 105-series cars (GTVs, Spiders through 1995 and even Montreals), as well as for the transaxle cars from the early seventies through the early 90s (Milano/75, GTV6/Alfetta.) These suspensions are an awesome combination of street, track and race-ready developments which run on Ron's 75 Experience cars at the world-famous Nurburgring!

75 Experience - Fantastic video of Nurburgring, Zandvoort and Spa-driving excursions in Ron's track-prepared twin spark and V6 75s and GTV6 cars. Ron will also share some in-car videos of his days racing a GTV6 Group A car and in the Ferrari Challenge kicking later 328, 348, 355 tires in a full-race older-gen 308. Ron will share details about the courses offered today and his associated services - a mad-happy time!

GoTech - I will do my best to represent the versatile power of a professional, fully-programmable, stand-alone engine management system (available at a fraction of the cost of larger more expensive and extensive systems where the average user never utilizes even half of the expanded functionality!) These are complete, advanced systems available to us at the right price due to a favorable FOREX exchange-rate with South Africa. These systems control both fueling and timing and allows for the fitment of individual throttle-bodies, elimination of the restrictive air-flow meters and complete removal of dated L-Jet systems as well as the removal of the older SPICA mechanical systems!

Group 2/GiroDisc brakes - Full-floating, aluminium hat, custom, engineered bolt-on brake solutions for all of the above-mentioned models! Make the car stop. Gain lap-times faster and for less money than bolting on any horsepower that you can buy for the same money! Beautiful, sound engineered systems for a fraction the cost of Brembo and other big-name solutions typically sold for performance vehicles!

Glenwoood Motors - My 330 horsepower 3.45 litre 24 valve engine is on display and ready to go in to my 1995 daily-driver 164 LS that I have down here with Andrew and Mike! They are also helping me to convert this from an automatic to a manual shifter - and with it - install a 6-speed 156 GTA gearbox! We can talk about the amazing power available for ALL Alfa Romeo models from screaming 4-bangers, twin sparks, 12 valve and 24 valve naturally-aspirated V6 builds to full race 425 horsepower 3.7 litres and 500-700 horsepower twin turbo V6 engines available from this experienced engine-builder!

The schedule will likely follow a path as follows (times are estimated -starting):

Around 9:30-10:30 AM - General meet-and-greet

From 10:30-11AM on - Official presentation start-time, introductions and expectations

Then around 11:30AM - Driving videos, Ring activities, 75 Experience courses and excursions

About 12-12:30PM - Lunch

Regroup around 12:30-1PM - Suspension geometry, RSR suspension

Say at 1:30PM-2PM or so - GoTech mock-install, details, options, prices

2 - 2:30PM - More RSRacing/75 Experience - Q&A and picture-show

Maybe at 3PM - Dive in to brakes - what works - what doesn't

Time-permitting 3:30PM - Horsepower-talk; Glenwood motors engines and options!

As with all things - this could change. These are not regimented sales-pitches with rigid start and stop-times. Ron and I love this stuff - we can talk about it for hours, so be there all day; well-worth it - MOSTLY for us - meeting great Alfa-people and hearing the feedback!

See you all there!

Cheers.
