On Sunday the 20th November, the Alfa Romeo Owners Club of Victoria is holding its annual showcase car display day, called “Spettacolo” at Como Park in South Yarra (corner of Alexander Ave and Williams Rd North, Melways 58 G1). Gates open at 8am although non-entrants don’t have to be there that early!
Alfa Romeo owners are encouraged to bring their cars for display and judging in various categories, see below and on the entry form, or to simply come along, admire the cars and socialise with similarly minded Alfa enthusiasts. The event will also include trade displays, Club shop, barbecue, excellent coffee and a jumping castle for the kids.
Cars can be entered in the “Wash & Shine” classes where owners simply give their cars a wash, polish and vacuum, or the “Concours” class; these are usually cars that have been restored or maintained to exceptional standards.
