The AlfaBuff chapter of AROC fifth annual (mini) Mille Miglia drive will be taking place this Sunday, October 9. The event is open to anyone and any car (AR and Italian preferred, but not required). We'll be meeting at the Flying J Travel Plaza on route 77 just off the New York State Thruway (exit 48A) at 11 AM before heading out on an almost 100 mile joy ride that will end at the Verona Ristorante at 777 Spencerport Road (route 31) between Spencerport and Rochester. Cars will need a navigator to read the directions and write the answers to questions. A break is conveniently scheduled for approximately half way. One may attend just the dinner (starting around 3:30, I'm guessing) or just do the drive, but in either case, please rsvp with me as late as Saturday night. The forecast for now is calling for cloudy skies with a chance of rain to the south. The event will go on, rain or shine. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or directions you may need. I hope to see some of the WNY Alfa enthusiasts there.
