Post Car Show Sept 18th (Sunday) Paramus, NJ

Hi. I thought some of you may be interested in this:
I'm organizing a car show for the The Bergen Museum of
Art and Science in Paramus, NJ. The Car show is
coming together nicely. We have Vettes, Mustangs,
Renault's, Citroen's, and several other makes coming
including a few Mini's maybe some MG's. Still looking
for some Alfa Romeo's to make an appearance.
The show is at the Bergen Mall, Paramus, NJ (Rt.4) on
Sunday Sept 18th.
Cars should arrive by 9:30am. Event is free.
Refreshments for sale. There will be activities for
children. Should be a lot fun. Even if just a few cars
from your club came that would be great. Let me know
if you need more info. Feel free to pass this info to
other car clubs in the area. Thanks!

The show came off great!! We had about 35-40 cars. I counted two Alfa's there. Also 2 classic Mini's, an MGT, an MGA, a Sprite, Renualt 4, a Triumph Stag, an Allard, two Jag's and a bunch of American Classics. The museum's curator awarded a silver plate trophy to her favorite car (a Model A Ford pick-up) It was a lot of fun. The weather turned out to be almost perfect; a little warm for my taste, but a good cool breeze kept it very comfortable. I got lots of good suggestions from car owners for next year's: better food, a people's choice award, more visable parking, etc. I talked to the Museum's President last night, and he's going to pick a date for next year's show in a few weeks so we can start planning for the 2006 car show.

Thanks again for your interest. I'll see you next year!!
