What's a 1985 33 1.5 worth for parts in Australia

Got a red 33 sprint for wrecking. How much should I sell it for?

If you are going to sell parts from it, the one part that will get you the most money are the carbs (if it is a twin carb) They regularly fetch more than $200 on eBay, if they are advertised correctly. The funny thing is the carbs alone often fetch more than the motor WITH carbs. I guess the carbs are smaller and more 'postable'. I have sold 2 sets of twin carbs on eBay, both for over $200. VW beetle owners seem to love them.

Other parts that may net you some money are the speedline wheels, seats (if in good cond.) Fabric (again if in good cond.) Headlights.

having wrecked a sprint before they were about the only parts that went for more than $20. (actually the bucket seats sold for $1). Couldn't even sell the bumpers, and they were in good condition. After numerous tries to sell things on eBay, most of the parts went to the tip. There is just no market to speak of.

You may be able to sell the wings, doors, tailgate and body sections to someone with a giocattolo, depends how rusty they are.

Are you in Victoria?
Do the seats have the green dots and what kind of condition is the drivers seat in?

Cheers.

Pics

Pics of the Alfa I bought last Friday for $200....Family ID 305.26 ..fired up motor yesterday and it runs smooth ..slight rattle in water pump bearing. Still on trailer as I have been busy helping mate fire up his flood damaged 1993 AUDI 100 2.8E Quattro in picture in front of the Alfa. Happy to say all systems are go!!

Have washed & polished the Alfa and am now considering registering it (have papers .. minimal rust) for 3-6mths to 'sort' it then gut it for track work.

When the Alfa bug bites ..it bites hard!!
