Ive just installed evo 6 front coils in the car.Rather than having the springs reset [lowered] has anyone attempt to modify the spring seats ?

What have you fitted them to? Suds/sprints and 33's have various different pans depending on the strut type. Some are deeper than others. With what you're trying to do it might be easier to convert your struts to coil overs.

The evo 6 springs will be stiff. What springs have you used in the back?
