Oil Viscosity

Hey all,

Is there any problem mixing 15W50 oil with 20W50? The Sprint came back from a service with 15W50 oil it and when I topped it up the other day I only had 20W50. Will this cause any problems?

Thanks mate. I had always heard that you shouldn't mix oils and I didn't know why. I have done some investigating and it seems that the 2nd number in the oil rating is more important to be the same as this is the oil viscosity when it is hot.
