Ti Exhaust Manifold

Has anyone got a spare front exhaust manifold for a 1.5 8 valve sud engine?
Mine has all kinds of emission connections on it and if I bin all the emission gear then the exhaust will have gaping holes in it where the pipes used to be............I dont need the whole exhaust, just front part from the engine back to the first join!
Cheers

Just weld up the holes in the old one. That is what I have done in the past.

yeah, but a manifold with great big welds on it or bolts sticking out of it looks sh*thouse, someone must have a good manifold for GTVnut!
I had a couple of new ones made up for $120 a piece, slightly bigger bore too, another option.

Keep looking GTVnut!

It'd probably be cheaper to get one made up, It's not like they are a complicated pipe.

Boxer engined alfa's are an exhaust shops dream.

Annoyingly, as things go, I've had several of those pipes pass through my hands, but have since been turfed...

Rad.

i think that will be your best bet gtvnut, especially if you have annual roadworthy inspections where you live, because then you can remove the rest of the pollution controll devices in the engine bay too.

Talking

If you are going to go to the expense of making new extractors study the firing order 1243 (i think) and make them cross over to give an even flow. My sprint has this done (very roughly) and it will eat my 33 and TI sud. The 40 mm carbs may have some effect though
