my brothers sud ti injection to carbs

here are some pics from today from my brothers sud ti that has a 16v engine with injection but as he does not like the injection system he has changed it to run carbs.

What size carbs and what manifolds did he use? i'm putting a 16v in my sprint, atm I'm planning on keeping the injection but ...

Also, what size wheels are the two cars using? Are they lowered? I'm trying to decide what to put on my sprint.

thw white sud has 15 inch wheels and the dark one has 16 inch wheels and the dark sud is lowerered .
he also used 40 idf carbs and got the inlet manifolds from someone that sells them from greece.
