Most roll cages for 33s that I have seen in NZ have been welded in place, and availability of a separate cage may be problem.
You will need to be a bit careful if looking at second hand options. An older cage may not be compliant with the current Motorport NZ rules. Before you can use a car with a cage on track, you will need to get the cage homologated by MSNZ.
Its not that hard to do, but it'll need to be done right. I'd have a good chat to a licensed scrutineer or an experienced competitor before buying or building anything. There are requirements for both the design and materials in roll cages, and you need to get it right !!
Good luck
Cheers
