pistons for boxer engines

hey all on one of these alfa sites i remember reading that i can use the pistons out of another make of car to up grade for a bit more power. i need some pistons as mine were in my 33 1.5 1987 since new so they are a bit tired. i havnt decided on which crank(1.5 or 1.7) to use as im trying to get some pistons first. i cant find pistons for the boxer engines any where if you have any info on where i can get some please post

No list as I have literally thousands of items. Send me a preliminary email and we can take it from there? Just so you know, I'll need part numbers for everything you want ...

Rumour goes that Nissan engine Z24 pistons might have same piston pin height. (Havent tried myself irl.)

Bored to 89 mm creates a healthy 1796 engine.

Hard for me to come by those up here in Scandinavia.
How much would a set of 4 Nissan pistons set me back?

Cheers/TJ

Motor nach Parameter
This is Mahle catalog, you can try your luck there. As as far as i can see right now, SR20 engines use 86 mm bore and piston pin is 22mm in diameter, so i don't see hou to use them in 1.7
as for nissan, KA24DE pistons are almost the same as Alfa's: 21 mm pin, 89 mm bore, almost equal total piston length, and 1 mm less compression height
