Euroday in the Park - Hunter Valley 11/02/07 **Now with PICS**

As part of a couple of car clubs i'm associated with, I've been informed that the Hunter MG Club is running "Euroday" in Lambton Park on Sunday 11/02/07.

MG club runs a bbq & drinks stall, or BYO, including chairs. All Italian cars & bikes invited. Gotta get enough Italians there to try to out-attend the invasion of the VW clubs. All to be nice & shiny, for a 9 - 9.30am start at the Elder Street entrance.

From last year, I recollect that it was about $5 entry to show your car, otherwise free entry just to have a look.

Hope to see everyone there.

Please

Aww???? Whadda ya think I am?

Should have come down - It was a great day, apart from a quick rain shower that got everyone frantic with their polishing cloths afterwards...

Here they come: Starting off with a couple of FIAT's...

Looks like there was some interesting stuff there. What is the red car, inbetween the 2000GTV and the green Karmann Ghia?

Nice to see a very clean and original pair like the Fiat 1500 and the green 850.

Last two now...

Incidently, normally I find Ferrari's to be rather... FIGJAM. I quite liked this 365GT4 2+2 though... family friendly & it was for sale at the right price...

I can't get it into my driveway though, so I couldn't take it home
That & the fact that i'd never be able to drive it in a safe or sane manner anyway...

That's all, I couldn't be bothered taking pics of the offerings from the various other classic car clubs, MG/VW/Rover/Ford etc etc, although they were out in force.

You'll have to come along next year to see them...
