FOR SALE: 75 Twin Park ...very nice
Hi everyone, well that time has come, i am selling my twin spark 75. It is in fantastic condition, no rust, rebuilt gear box and recently new brakes and pads. There are a few cosmetic imperfections which can all be seen from the pictures. The body is extremely straight and has no rust. Mainly, the paintwork is perfect and vibrant. The roof however, although there is no colour fade or oxidisation, the ‘clear’ of the paint work has begun to come off in tiny specs around the rear window mainly. Front bumper needs a little bit of attention as the clip on the right hand side has been broken and it sags a tiny bit.
For those who have already seen pictures of this car previously, i ve put the rims that came with the car when i bought it back on. There are 164 alloys. Rear tyres are brand new Bridgestones and have about 98% tread and the front about 75%.
Other than that the pictures really speak for themselves. Mechanically, the car is amazing. The gearbox has been rebuilt and is a pleasure to change gears. The engine pulls extremely well and leaks no oil and holds its water. Drives smoothly and comfortably with no tail shaft vibration whatsoever. The interior is in a near perfect condition especially the carpet. The driver seat has a rip in the seam, the back seat has a tiny rip in the seam and the head rests of the rear seats have faded a tad and come unstitched. Should be easily fixed. Have a look at the pics. The door trims are overall very good and the leather armrest in the centre console and dash is in good condition as well. However, the roof lining is beginning to sag quite a-bit. The interior is captured in the pictures below. A stereo system including pioneer speakers is included. Please feel free to email for any more pictures. Electronically the 75 is surprisingly respectable. “All-round” power windows all work. The rear right needs some lubrication as it has become seriously slow. All interior lights work and the control centre works. All external lights work including, number plate light, rear and front fog lights. Central locking works and so does the heater and air conditioner. I do have the original steering wheel, which will go with the winning bidder, but the centre has faded. Both steering wheels are missing the indicator cancelling arms, which are notorious for breaking. As a result the indicators do not cancel out. Intermediate position of the windscreen wipers rarely actually goes intermediate but just normal speed. These are just little fixable problems. It is very IMPORTANT to note that there is a problem with the speedometer. Whilst it works and indicates speed, on rare occasions, generally in the mornings when its cold, the speedometer escalates to top speed and kms are just added to the car.
