First I've heard of it. Sounds like a fun day, though.

Do you have to be a club member to display your car?

best part about it is that anyone can come along! member or not. but, for the showing comp side of things, you do need to be a member.

i like to think of the day as somewhere to gain some very good info, in person, from some very smart people, such as Craig himself. also a good day do show off restoration projects, and see how far alot of cars have come.
besides, how many other opertunities do you have to attened a huge gathering of like minded enthusiasts?

im not a member of AROCA, but id like to be oneday. i cant justify the membership money when ill missout on allmost every event, and i have a few alfas to fix up :P

I don't know about AROCA-VIC fees, but for AROCAQ it's roughly $66 a year. I'm happy to pay that for the monthly magazines and the ability to even just KNOW about events. Although I like to get out to the sprints and it requires membership for participation in the Alfacomp, but anyway, food for thought.

Whoever goes, make sure lots of happy snaps are taken!

ROCK ON

Unhappy

The weather is not looking too good for Sunday. Hopefully most of the rain will be over by Sunday morning. I know we need the rain but why this weekend?

Damn, 18 and showers. Not looking good, indeed. As if that wasn't bad enough, I won't be able to bring my Alfa anymore. Oh well, by public transport or borrowed Land Rover, I'll be there snapping photos

I still have to detail the GTV, dunno how that'll happen in the pouring rain today! If it's too wet I won't be there, not much fun if it's p*ssing down all day. Hopefully the showers will clear by late morning.
