mp3 resume - alfa gt - bose

Hi!

I'm turning to you for help since I haven't got a user manual. I bought a second hand car.

Have a question about my Bose system. When starting up the car the playing mp3s from the CD-r always start from the beginning. I listen to lots of mixes that are longer than one hour and it would be really nice to be able to resume the tracks from the moment that the car was shut of.

Is there a possibility to turn on the resume function?

BR,

Karl

If possible, try to find a Bose forum, or at least a forum that focuses on aftermarket car stereos.

I know our GMC Yukon does this but it's the stock stereo (oddly enough made by Bose)
If it's wired the way I think it is, there's a wire that leads to it from the switch, so when the switch is turned off, all the memory banks are shut down and there's no memory of where the current disc was last played. I think an easy alternative to this is just pause the music, and look at what time it's on. Then when you start the car back up, just FF to the part you left off on.

I'd still try for a car stereo forum like this one.
