...HD radio and XM - and you have (or had) both installed? How do you like it/them?

Also, and this would no doubt also apply to Sirius users: If you've tried both - a head unit set up to receive XM/Sirius or a head unit that has an aux in the front and you're then using an XM/Sirius separate receiver - which do you feel works best and gets the best sound? Obviously the quality of the head unit in either case is important.
