Exclamation Crashed Spider!

Hello all, I lost control of my car yesterday trying to avoid a bus that turned right in front of me. The car spun around and I hit the left side of my car on the right curb and it caused some major damage. I think the frame got bent especially on the rear left, since the tire seemed like it was pushed in a few inches. Unfortunately, my insurance won't pay; does anyone know how much it would cost to fix?
Thanks,

I spun an '81 Spider once and bent the rear locating trunion and trailing arms and broke a rear wheel. The tub (remember, our spiders are unibody) was still straight, but the rear wheels were "adjusted" slightly to the left (looked like an old dog trotting down the road). All that was done was a check of the internals of the axle, a new trunion and trailing arms, new springs/shocks (I think I asked for that), a new anti-sway bar, and some wheel work (including a new/old alloy wheel and new tire). I even had the car resprayed, and I think it all came out to around $3,000(?) That was in 1988, however.

Unless you do not have coverage for repairs or you were drunk or something, your insurance company should pay something, shouldn't it? Why else did you buy insurance?

Agree. If I crash my car I fully expect my insurance company to pay up ... that is what I pay them for. Now if the company is NRMA in Australia then I can understand 'cause they are crooks ... but any other company should pay up.

apparently, i didn't have the right kind of coverage. They said that they'll only pay for bodily injury or property that isn't mine.
