AROSC Helmet Update

Because Snell 2005 helmets won't be on the market until late in 2005, AROSC has decided to extend it's the helmet switch-over date for track events. That means that helmets which were acceptable in 2004, will continue to be acceptable in 2005. However, once Snell 2005 helmets do become readily available, we will switch. I don't have a specific date yet but I will post it as soon as I do.
