Call Terry Watson and ask for either credit or refund.

It was cancelled because the sound limit was too restricting, so not enough cars signed up to run.

Was the hotel Laurel inn? They gave me a rash of cra@p about trying to charge me for canceling my reservation. I still have not heard from those bozo's about that.

Well, we got a lot of stuff undone just in time. I'm disappointed it didn't happen but many of my friends were even more disappointed than me. One came up with this funny "rage" comic that was sent around the office.
