Anyone recognize this 1991 164S on ebay?

Hi, I'm a new member in RI looking for a 164S and came across this one on ebay. Does anyone recognize or know the former owner (or looked at/test driven) this 164S? It's a 1991 164S White w/black leather 61K miles. I'm considering bidding on it. I know they probably picked it up at an auction so it may not be from California, but just thought I'd check.

I know Redwood City is dead center in the state, but I didn't see a mid center CA bb to post this question at.

The major Alfa Club in the Mid State Bay Area is not a member of AROC. I think that they can be reached at www.alfaromeoassociation.org. It used to be www.overheardcams.org which still may link over.
