Attach pic's to private emails

How does one attach pic's for ARBB viewing to private emails?

I see the URL Insert Image but I don't have an address established for this to find.

you can do it with "Imageshack."

The 'insert image' allows you to insert a link to an image off site. The message will then pull that image off wherever you referenced it and include it in your message.

So, first you need to find or place an image somewhere on the web then copy its URL into the insert image commands.
