stuck brakes

I have a 105 chassised car. Finned drum brakes. Any simple way of getting car to move. Lifted front end and it is not parking brake. Wheel will not turn. Although I have not checked each wheel. Car will roll when pulled by small truck. Brakes, bearings or other? Has not been moved in 10+ years. Help!
