Damn! Wish I would have read through this thread before an hour ago. Fortunately, all I ordered from them was a shift knob, but am I pretty much out my $16.95? Has anyone actually received something they ordered from Caribou?

Here is a UK based company for racers, www.alfapanels.com who sells glassfibre hoods and bonnets, doors and so on. Very light and very high quality.
Also known as "Plastic Bob".

Roadtrip, not sounding pedantic here, but the link you put to Alfa Stop is actually Alfashop, close to me in Norwich in the UK, at....
http://www.alfashop.co.uk/
The site isn't up and running, but you can e-mail them.
Dont forget....

I added "Alfashop" and "Shop4parts" to the list for our UK members.
Had many trips and spent many months in Mildenhall when I was in the Air Force. Did my bit to keep the brewerys in business while there.

Racing Green Paint Color
I am restoring a 1974 GTV 2000, & I saw a really neat-colored Alfa Spider on ebay yesterday, and the seller hasn't responded.
He said the car is in "Alfa Racing Green". I did not think Alfa ever used this color, but the ad said "Alfa Racing Green".
I like the color, can anyone identify the color for me?
Here is the ad:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=001&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=110102203855&rd=1,1
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Admin (simon?)
Please remove
Per their website:
http://www.alfaheaven.com/Catalog/Inv115.html
ATTENTION ALFA ROMEO OWNERS
We no longer offer service, technical assistance, or parts
for Alfas except for the clearance parts listed under
GTV-6, Milano, 164. All other items are being sold
on eBay at no reserve. Alfa Romeo has been phased out
of our business.
guess it is time to retire their url....

Carpet Supplier
I didn't see this company on the list but may have overlooked it somehow...anyway, am satisfied with my experience with them.
Fryer's Auto Upholstery
15025 22nd Ave NW, Marysville, WA 98271
http://www.autoupholsterykits.com/
I ordered new carpet for my '66 Super from Fryer's. They sent out samples, took a call or two to make sure I was getting the right carpet color, type, pieces, and gave me the same price even though I took about 3-4 months before I finally got around to ordering. Carpet arrived well-packed, with padding and limited but good instructions. Pieces were a good match for the old carpet (what was left of it) and quality is good for the money. Took about 3 weeks from the time the order was placed.
