I think we would need a bit more information to answer your question. To evaluate a car one needs to examine the body, the interior and the mechanics of the car. Pictures would be of great help, although even with the best resolution most details don't show. Typically, a car that is not running (or hasn't been run in years, which means it could take a lot to make it road worthy) is not worth very much. Usually it is just a step above a parts car, unless the body and interior are in exceptional condition. Also, why haven't the cars been run? Was there a problem that the owners did not want to fix?
