I think my post was the best of them all, but coming in second, Elads is the winner, with this post:

I never received anything from the court; not the first papers, no notices of any hearings, nor a copy of any judgement.

It does NOT legally matter if I was notified by YOU!

I want copies of the paers directly from the court. Until I get them by registered mail, and I have to sign for them, I have never legally been served, and your judgement is invalid, according to my lawyer!

This thread is about t-shirts. I will kindly ask that if you have nothing constructive to say on the subject, then please don't say anything. To suggest to a person with whom you are having a dispute to give away his wares is, in my opinion, paramount to instigation and in extremely poor taste.

In American, that means SHUT THE **** UP!!
