I love that show. Poor ed is just too tall to fit into some of the cars he is asked to Fix up! I liked seeing mike come to the US to buy some cars and take back with him as it seems that some folks in the UK do like American cars contrary to what Jeremy Clarkson would have you believe.

Ed China (and lots of clever editing) makes it all look sooooo simple.

I love the show. Ed busts his butt for weeks on these projects, and then they turn a profit of only about 400 quid. Easy money for the other guy.

That's one of the car shows I like to watch besides chasing
Classic cars. Two girls garage is my other favorite now. Good lookin gals wrenchin' . What a turn on. There was this other show Called 101 cars u must drive. And the Alfa Romeo spider was 1 of them. But I caught it in the middle of the show. So I missed the Alfa. I think It may have been the first car on that episode.

It was and it really seemed that Alonso(the host) genuinely liked the car. He had a grin on his face the whole time he was driving the spider.

Thanx, Russ

Interesting show, and the Alfa episode was good. I liked the one they did with the Land Rover Defender. The episode with the Ferrari 308GT4 bothered me a little as it seemed they just cosmetically freshened it up a little, replaced the exhaust system, but without addressing the mechanical things that are actually critical on an old, used Ferrari. But it sometimes forget.....it's entertainment.
I generally like the show. The only thing that drives me nuts is Mike doesn't seem to be able to utter a single sentence without it ending with an exclamation point (!!!)

I need a mechanic like that!
A guy who works for nothing and who's only reward is a pat on the back and the satisfaction of working on any piece of crap I drag over to his shop.

Russ,
101 Cars U Must Drive is on Speed. Currently repeating from initial season which aired 2 or 3 years ago. One of our members here on the BB, Btinavc, was a consultant on the show.

Same reaction to that episode. The car looked like it had rust issues with some big paint bubbles by the right front wheel well. They never mentioned the rust problem or what they did about it.

Hi all - from a UK perspective Mike Brewer is a typical used car dealer, dodgy!, would I buy a car from him - no way!, TBH most s/h car dealers here have a very poor reputation - I'm not saying they are all like that but......., I'm excluding the specialist Alfisiti's as they have a passion for their marques.
