I too would opt for the 156 GTA. I've twice rented a 156 (non GTA) in Italy, and they are wonderful cars.

147 GTA. Can you imagine the 3.2L V-6 in that little car!
Cheers,

in an odd way the 156 gta for me is like the reincarnated version of the 164 s or qv,, although the 166 should be that and it was never it unfortunately

I would also get a 156 GTAm, and a 147 GTA, and a 166.

147 2.0 Selespeed.
Since I've already had a 156 2.5 V6 and a 156 2.0 TS SW - and I know what they charge for a GTA!

It would be a hard choice between the 147 GTA or the 156 GTAm.
I'm more of a sedan man myself, so I'd probably take the 156 GTAm and get the 147 GTA for Shannon so she can get rid of that silly Ford! (SVT Focus)

I prefer the SW by far. The lines are much more simple and elegant, and the rear not so cluttered as the berlinas. I can tell you though, that there is in fact even less room in the back (you wouldnt belive it to be possible!) than in the berlina.
And, theres the added bonus - here in Denmark at least - that the SW is still rare, compared to the berlina which is becoming a common sight.

the GTAm is not for sale as far as I know... But as long as we are dreaming I'd like a Brera or the newly showed 8C Competizione.
156 GTA is my choise in the current line-up, the 147 looks good in pictures but is quite hideous in the flesh actually. I was dissapionted
